Babylon is a symbol of confusion that harkens back to a time when God confused the language of millions to thwart their evil schemes against justice and truth. Suddenly many could not understand what others were saying and it caused the scheme to collapse.

Today, we are on the "edge of confusion" with many consolidating their efforts to suppress truth and justice. While it is troubling to watch, we know that in the end their efforts will fail! Truth always wins!

Lyrics

Edge of Babylon

(Verse)
There's a lot of movin' and shakin' here,
With questions and doubts that spring from fear,
Who's gonna stop this avalanche, of sorrow and despair?
There are too many liars, thieves and kings,
Trying to kill and steal our dreams,
Life on this planet is ill-advised, if you want to stay alive.

(Chorus)
Someone's horse is gonna run tonight,
And those who ride are gonna have to fight.
Fight for justice and for the right,
On the edge of Babylon.
Look away from the greed and blight
Away from the things that have ruined our sight
Out of the dark and into the light
On the edge of Babylon

(Verse)
Things are not as they appear,
The City on the Hill is a place of fear,
The American Dream is no longer clear,
On the edge of Babylon.
Evil is trying to take us down,
With smoke and mirrors all around.
But here we are on holy ground,
Slouching toward Babylon.

(Chorus)
Someone's horse is gonna run tonight,
And those who ride are gonna have to fight.
Fight for justice and for the right,
On the edge of Babylon.
Look away from the greed and blight
Away from the things that have ruined our sight
Out of the dark and into the light
On the edge of Babylon

(Guitar interlude)

Money and greed rule the day,
Oh listen to what the people say,
Anything goes, if you can pay,
On the edge of Babylon.

(Chorus)
Someone's horse is gonna run tonight,
And those who ride are gonna have to fight.
Fight for justice and for the right,
On the edge of Babylon.
Look away from the greed and blight
Away from the things that have ruined our sight
Out of the dark and into the light
On the edge of Babylon
